Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘Pathan’ is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films. While the action-thriller will release next year, Shah Rukh’s first look from the film has created a lot of buzz.

Talking about his physical transformation, celebrity trainer Prashant Subhash told a news portal that since he has a different look in ‘Pathan’, Shah Rukh did a lot of weight lifting. He also revealed that earlier, he used to do a lot of circuit training and cardio workouts, but now he has included more strength training – which helped him look better and bigger. He also said that it took him two years to make the toned physique visible to the people on screen. According to him, the frame and look of Shahrukh has completely changed.

Elaborating further, the trainer also revealed that King Khan had injured himself during training but came back strong even after facing several setbacks.

It is amazing to see SRK’s transformation, which would not have been possible without his hard work. Prashant told the news portal that in tough times like the pandemic, not only physically but mentally as well, he is no less than a fitness icon for all.

Siddharth Anand’s ‘Pathan’ also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles. It is scheduled to release in January 2023.
