While not officially announced by Marvel Studios, Patton Oswalt let it slip Eternal 2 is on the way during an appearance on today,
Oswalt, who played Pip and appeared in a post-credits scene with Harry Styles’ Starfox, said, “They have announced that there is going to be an Eternal sequel.” “Chloe Zhao is going to direct it. So hopefully Starfox and Pip have more adventures.”

Based on Jack Kirby’s Marvel Comics of the same name, Eternal Welcomes a new team of superheroes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This epic story spanning thousands of years depicts a group of immortal heroes who are forced to regroup against mankind’s oldest enemy, the Deviants.
The ensemble cast includes Richard Madden as the all-powerful Ikaris, Gemma Chan as the human-loving Cersei, Kumail Nanjiani as the cosmic-powered Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as the super-fast Makari, Brian Tyree Henry was cast as Salma Hayek, as the intelligent inventor Fastos. The wise and spiritual leader Ajak, Leah McHugh as the forever young, old-spirited sprite, Don Lee as the mighty Gilgamesh, Barry Keoghan as the isolated loner Droog, and Angelina Jolie as the fierce warrior Thena. Kit Harington plays Dane Whitman.
Eternal Was directed by Oscar and Golden Globe winner Chloe Zhao (nomadic) it was co-written by Matthew K. Firpo and Ryan Firpo and produced by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige.
